Cue Lords oyununu kullanmadan önce bu koşulları okuyun. Oyunu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Kabul
Bu koşullar, Cue Lords web oyunu ve cuelords.com üzerindeki hizmetler için geçerlidir. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın.
2. Uygunluk
Oyunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. Bulunduğunuz ülkede dijital hizmetler için daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı geçerliyse o sınır uygulanır. 18 yaşından küçükseniz ebeveyn veya yasal vasi izni gerekir.
3. Hesap ve cihaz
- Misafir olarak oynarken hesabınız cihaz kimliğinize bağlıdır. Cihaz verisi silinirse ilerleme kaybolabilir.
- E-posta veya desteklenen bir giriş yöntemiyle hesabınızı bağlayabilirsiniz. Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızı başkasına devredemez, satamaz veya kiralayamazsınız.
4. Adil oyun
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
- Hile, bot, otomasyon, makro veya oyun dışı yardımcı kullanmak.
- Hata, açık veya ekonomi açığını kötüye kullanmak.
- Diğer oyuncuları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya ayrımcılık yapmak.
- Sunucuya, diğer hesaplara veya hizmete zarar vermeye çalışmak.
İhlal halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hile ve güvenlik olayları anti-cheat sayaçlarında kaydedilir.
5. Sanal öğeler
Fişler, XP, seviyeler, ıstakalar, masalar ve diğer kozmetikler oyun içi lisanslardır. Gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve hesaplar arasında transfer edilemez. Hizmet kapandığında veya hesap silindiğinde sanal öğeler için tazminat ödenmez.
6. Ödemeler
Web lansmanında gerçek parayla fiş paketi satışı yoktur. İleride uygulama içi satın alma eklenirse ilgili mağazanın ve ödeme sağlayıcısının koşulları da geçerli olur. Dijital içerik teslim edildikten sonra iade koşulları yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatına göre değerlendirilir.
7. Reklamlar
Oyun ödüllü reklam gösterebilir. Şu anda web sürümünde reklamlar demo modundadır. Gerçek reklam sağlayıcısı etkinleştirildiğinde sağlayıcının gizlilik ve reklam politikaları geçerli olur.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun kodu, görseller, marka, sesler ve içerik Cue Lords veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Kişisel, ticari olmayan oyun kullanımı dışında kopyalama, dağıtma veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız. Görünen adınız için gerekli lisansı bize verirsiniz.
9. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Bakım, güncelleme, güvenlik veya teknik nedenlerle hizmete geçici olarak ara verilebilir. Kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi verilmez. Veri kaybını önlemek için makul teknik önlemler alınır.
10. Sorumluluk
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici haklarınız ve zorunlu yasal sorumluluklar saklıdır.
11. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla silebilirsiniz.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu haklar ve yetkili mahkemeler saklıdır.
13. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler oyun içinde veya bu sayfada duyurulur. Sorular için [email protected].
1. Acceptance
These terms apply to the Cue Lords web game and services on cuelords.com. By using the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If a higher digital age of consent applies in your country, that age applies. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account and device
- As a guest, your account is linked to your device identity. If device data is cleared, progress may be lost.
- You may link your account by email or another supported sign-in method. You are responsible for account security.
- You may not transfer, sell or rent your account.
4. Fair play
The following are prohibited:
- Cheats, bots, automation, macros or external assistance.
- Abusing bugs, exploits or economy errors.
- Harassing, threatening or discriminating against other players.
- Attempting to damage the server, other accounts or the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. Cheating and security events are recorded in anti-cheat counters.
5. Virtual items
Chips, XP, levels, cues, tables and other cosmetics are in-game licenses. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred between accounts. No compensation is provided for virtual items when the service or an account is closed.
6. Payments
The web launch does not sell chip packs for real money. If in-app purchases are added later, the relevant store and payment provider terms also apply. Refunds for digital content after delivery are handled under applicable consumer law.
7. Advertising
The game may show rewarded ads. Ads are currently in demo mode on the web version. When a real ad provider is enabled, that provider's privacy and advertising policies apply.
8. Intellectual property
The game code, visuals, brand, audio and content belong to Cue Lords or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or reverse engineer them except for personal, non-commercial play. You grant us the license needed to display your chosen name.
9. Service availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We take reasonable technical measures to prevent data loss.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Your consumer rights and mandatory legal liabilities remain unaffected.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the steps on the account deletion page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your mandatory consumer rights and competent courts remain reserved.
